HR Advisor Opportunity with Hunter Adams

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our client on a 3-month contract basis in Edinburgh. This role will support the HR team with general HR day-to-day activities, providing HR advisor level support for the HR Business Partners and managing HR-related queries from employees and line managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support HR Business Partners with general HR activities
  • Manage HR-related queries from employees and line managers
  • Assist with employee relations, recruitment, and onboarding processes
  • Support with other general HR tasks and projects as needed

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar HR Advisor role
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
