Job Title: HR Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Consultant to join our HR Case Management Team. As an HR Consultant, you will provide advice and support to line managers on employee relation matters, with a focus on absence and wellbeing.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional to build their knowledge and experience of HR policies. You will work across the organisation, providing guidance and support to ensure a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advice and support to line managers on employee relation matters
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Conduct investigations and provide recommendations on employee relation issues
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve workplace culture and employee experience

Requirements:

  • HR generalist background within a unionised organisation
  • Associate member of the CIPD or equivalent HR Management qualification
  • Working knowledge of employee relations policies and current employment law practices
  • Excellent influencing and analytical skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
