Job Description

Iconic Resourcing is seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to join their team in Edinburgh. As a key member of the HR function, you will be responsible for overseeing and streamlining HR processes, ensuring efficient delivery from recruitment through to offboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, payroll, benefits, and exit procedures.
  • Provide insight and data to leadership on key business issues.
  • Act as the first point of escalation for HR queries, supporting HR Business Partners, HRD, and wider business.
  • Oversee regular HR activities such as performance reviews and salary assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, including GDPR, right to work, and pre-employment checks.
  • Lead HR administration and ensure the accuracy of key HR metrics.
  • Act as coach and trusted advisor to HR Ops team, ensuring ongoing professional development.
  • Manage HR budgets and oversee HR-related projects.

Ideal Candidate:

  • CIPD qualified with solid HR generalist experience.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, recruitment, payroll, and benefits administration.
  • Extensive experience of automation and system implementation.
  • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience in managing and mentoring junior HR team members.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
