**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to lead our efforts in enhancing HR systems and operations. As a key member of our team, you will drive efficiency and consistency across all HR practices, managing a team responsible for HR data analysis, payroll, and administration.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Manage a team of HR professionals, fostering their professional development and ensuring high standards of service delivery.
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders to ensure HR practices align with organisational goals and are consistent across the business.
• Lead initiatives to improve HR processes, driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the implementation of new HR systems, ensuring seamless integration across the employee lifecycle in partnership with Payroll.
• Supervise HR administration, ensuring all employee events and records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Foster a customer-focused approach within the HR team, ensuring high-quality HR services are delivered to internal stakeholders.
• Develop, implement, and communicate Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to set clear expectations for HR service delivery with key stakeholders.
• Lead company-wide and HR inductions, providing training on key systems and processes.
• Produce regular reports on HR metrics and provide data for audit and compliance purposes using advanced Excel skills.
• Identify training needs and encourage continuous learning and development within the HR Operations team.
• Lead or contribute to HR projects that support business and HR strategy.
• Maintain an understanding of business priorities and operational challenges to ensure HR operations support wider organisational goals.

**Requirements**

• Proven experience in HR operations management and team leadership.
• Expertise in process optimisation and HR system implementation.
• Strong proficiency in HR systems and data management.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and project management skills.
