The HR Operations Manager will be responsible for leading the enhancement of HR systems and operations, focusing on driving efficiency and consistency across all HR practices.

This role will oversee the management of the HR Operations team, fostering their professional development and ensuring high standards of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team responsible for HR data analysis, payroll, and administration, ensuring streamlined operations.
  • Work with HR and business leaders to ensure HR practices align with organisational goals and are consistent across the business.
  • Lead initiatives to improve HR processes, driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the implementation of new HR systems, ensuring seamless integration across the employee lifecycle in partnership with Payroll.
  • Supervise HR administration, ensuring all employee events and records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Foster a customer-focused approach within the HR team, ensuring high-quality HR services are delivered to internal stakeholders.
  • Develop, implement, and communicate Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to set clear expectations for HR service delivery with key stakeholders.
  • Lead company-wide and HR inductions, providing training on key systems and processes.
  • Produce regular reports on HR metrics and provide data for audit and compliance purposes using advanced Excel skills.
  • Identify training needs and encourage continuous learning and development within the HR Operations team.
  • Lead or contribute to HR projects that support business and HR strategy.

Requirements include proven experience in HR operations management and team leadership, as well as expertise in process optimisation and HR system implementation.

A strong proficiency in HR systems and data management, along with advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reporting, are also essential.

Excellent communication, organisational, and project management skills are required to succeed in this role.
