Job Summary:

NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde is seeking a highly motivated and organized Team Secretary to join our Psychological Therapies Groups Service (PTGS). As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth running and efficiency of our service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including managing referrals, discharges, and responding to internal and external enquiries.
  • Support the generic functions and duties administered by the team, including management of the generic mailbox and tasks on EMIS Web MH.
  • Liaise with colleagues from Community Mental Health Teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Effectively time manage all designated tasks with due diligence and professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in a community mental health team.
