Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Support Secretary to provide administrative and secretarial support to specialties within the Acute Services Medical Directorate at NHS Fife.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to medical staff, including preparing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and reports.
  • Manage and coordinate the flow of information and communication between departments and teams.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, patients, and external stakeholders.
