About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our client's team in Hemel Hempstead, where they provide comprehensive complex care and rehabilitation services for individuals with enduring mental health conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, service user-focused care, participate in the development of new services and care pathways, support the implementation of the local nursing strategy, and engage in continuous quality improvement within the service.

Requirements:
RMN Qualified, Registered with the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC), knowledge of the Mental Health Act, patient-centric with a commitment to delivering high-quality care, excellent organisational skills, flexibility, and a strong "can do" attitude.
