Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join their Mental Health Services for Older People team in Hemel Hempstead. As a key member of the Specialist Mental Health Team, you will play a vital role in providing occupational therapy assessment and interventions for service users with mental health conditions.

The successful candidate will have a BSc/MSc/PG Dip in Occupational Therapy and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Experience in working with people with mental health problems and learning disabilities is desirable. The ideal candidate will also possess first-line management training, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, AMPS/ESI/SI training, and experience in providing clinical supervision to junior staff.

We offer a competitive salary range of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including flexible working arrangements and opportunities for professional development. This part-time position offers a great work-life balance, with no shift or weekend work required.
