Job Overview

This rehabilitation and recovery service offers a safe and supportive complex care facility for male and female patients with enduring mental health problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing high-quality care to individuals with learning disability and personality disorder.
  • Contributing to patient assessments, developing care plans, and monitoring progress.
  • Accepting personal and shared responsibility for maintaining quality nursing care within a multidisciplinary team approach.
  • Working as a Primary Nurse/Care Coordinator for a group of patients while adhering to clinical governance frameworks.

The ideal candidate will possess experience working with people with complex mental health problems and knowledge of the Mental Health Act.
