Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to provide high-quality care to individuals with enduring mental health problems. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to patient assessments, develop care plans, and monitor progress.

The successful candidate will have a current active NMC Pin and experience working with people with complex mental health issues. You will also be familiar with the Mental Health Act and committed to delivering high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide a high standard of care to patients with learning disabilities and personality disorders.
  2. Contribute to patient assessments, compile care plans, and monitor progress.
  3. Accept personal and shared responsibility for maintaining quality nursing care as part of a multidisciplinary team approach.
Salary and Benefits:

The annual salary for this role is estimated to be around £38,596 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include a GBP 3,000 welcome bonus, free on-site parking, enhanced maternity pay, and access to development opportunities.
