Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking a dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse to join their team in Hemel Hempstead. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of £38,596 per annum, plus a £3000 Welcome Bonus.

The ideal candidate will have experience in providing complex care and rehabilitation services for individuals with enduring mental health conditions. The facility provides a safe and supportive environment across three gender-specific wards within their 38-bedded locked unit, specialising in care for individuals with Huntington's disease and dementia.

Responsibilities include delivering high-quality, service user-focused care, participating in the development of new services and care pathways, supporting the implementation of the local nursing strategy, and engaging in continuous quality improvement within your service.
