Main Duties of the Job

You will be working as a clinician within our service, supporting the embedding of our Single Point of Access for Children's emotional Wellbeing (SPACE-Wellbeing) Panel.

An opportunity has arisen for someone with knowledge and experience of working with children and young people's mental health to join the Primary Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service as a Practitioner.

Your Role and Responsibilities

  • You will have the opportunity to be at the forefront of developments in our service, including assessment, delivery of therapeutic intervention, engagement, team working, supervision, training, and consultation, group work.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • CYP presentations of mental health and behavioural issues, safeguarding legislation, evidence base.
  • Assessment, appropriate therapeutic intervention, engagement, team working.
  • Working with CYP and families, assessment, delivery of therapeutic intervention, leading change.
  • Professional qualification.

Salary

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
