Key Responsibilities

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified mental health professional to work with individuals who present in mental health crisis. As a key member of our Crisis Pathway team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to those in need.

Your duties will include:

  • Assessing and managing individuals with complex mental health needs
  • Providing timely and effective interventions to ensure the best possible outcomes
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care

In order to succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A strong background in mental health nursing or allied healthcare
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team

We offer a competitive salary of £32,239 - £43,041 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including training and development opportunities, flexible working arrangements, and a supportive and inclusive work environment.
