Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Children's Nurse to lead our team in providing exceptional care to adolescents and their families. As a Hospital Ward Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our ward, ensuring high-quality patient care and staff satisfaction.

About the Role:
This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong leadership and communication skills. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of our patients. Your experience in adolescent care and knowledge of national and local policies will be invaluable in shaping our services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of nurses and healthcare professionals
• Develop and implement care plans for adolescents and their families
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care
• Participate in investigations and reviews of complaints and incidents
• Contribute to the development of nursing policies and procedures

Requirements:
• Registered Children's Nurse with current registration with the NMC
• Experience in adolescent care and nurse management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
