Pediatric Nursing Leadership:

About the Position:
As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to the development and implementation of care plans tailored to the specific needs of adolescents. With your extensive experience in nurse management and leadership, you will guide your team toward achieving outstanding patient outcomes while maintaining a culture of compassion and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the daily operations of the pediatric ward
• Foster collaborative working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
• Develop and monitor care plans in conjunction with the multidisciplinary team
• Investigate and address any issues or complaints promptly and professionally
• Promote a culture of ongoing learning and professional growth within the team

Requirements:
• Current NMC registration
• Significant experience in pediatric nursing and leadership roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and workload demands
