About the Job

In this role, you will work closely with a multi-disciplinary team to provide assessment and behavioural/therapeutic treatment programmes, supervise staff, and contribute to service developments. You will also have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills and make a significant impact on our service.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health and learning disability nursing, with experience in assessment skills, chairing multi-agency meetings, and working knowledge of the Positive Behavioural Support model.

Requirements
  • Registered mental health/LD nurse, with postgraduate qualification (PgDip, MSc or equivalent)
  • Skilled in the use of complex methods of psychological/behavioural assessment, intervention, and management
  • Experience of contributing to service developments
  • Experience in supervision and management of staff

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits including generous annual leave entitlement, flexible working opportunities, and excellent learning and development opportunities.
