Role Overview

A highly skilled Clinical Psychologist is required to join our Children's Intensive Support Team for Coventry and Warwickshire. As a specialist in autism and learning disability support, you will be responsible for providing expert assessments and psychological interventions to children and young people with complex needs.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who shares our passion for improving outcomes for children with autism and/or learning disabilities. The successful candidate will work closely with our multi-disciplinary team, including occupational therapists, speech and language therapists, and nurses, to provide comprehensive support services to families and carers.

Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

* Providing specialist assessments and psychological interventions to children and young people with autism and learning disabilities
* Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
* Conducting thorough risk assessments and developing strategies to minimize risks and promote safety

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including:

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

* A good honours degree in Psychology or related field
* Eligibility for Graduate Membership of the BPS (British Psychological Society)
* Experience of working with children and young people with autism and learning disabilities
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
