About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our Intensive Support Team (IST) for adults with learning disabilities. The successful candidate will provide specialist assessments, psychological interventions, and consultation services to support individuals in their community.

The IST team works collaboratively with local community learning disability teams and social care to ensure a cohesive approach and continuity of care. You will have the opportunity to work closely with other professionals, including psychologists, nurses, and social workers, to achieve the best possible outcomes for our service users.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Provide specialist assessments and psychological interventions for adults with learning disabilities
  2. Work collaboratively with the IST team to develop and implement person-centred care plans
  3. Consult with other professionals to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  4. Supervise and train other staff members as needed

Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience
