Child Neurodevelopmental Service Clinical Lead Psychologist

Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust invites experienced clinical psychologists to lead our neurodevelopmental services, driving excellence in assessment and intervention for children with neurodiversity and learning disabilities. About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to oversee our neurodevelopmental and community learning disability teams. Your responsibilities will include governance of assessment pathways for autism and ADHD, supporting the Intensive Support Team (IST) to reduce hospital admissions, and providing clinical oversight of Psychological Professions in our Community Learning Disability Teams (CLDT).
Key Requirements:
Essential qualifications include a psychological services qualification with current HPC registration and extensive experience in senior positions. You will possess excellent clinical leadership skills, ability to present complex information, and work collaboratively with partner organisations. A working knowledge of current legislation and drivers in relation to our service is also required. Experience in managing people/teams, change, policies, procedures, and multi-disciplinary team working are essential. Furthermore, you should be able to provide clinical and professional supervision and have experience of travelling freely around the West Midlands area.

Salary Information:
The salary for this role is approximately £85,000 - £105,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a public sector organisation, we adhere to NHS pay scales.
