Job Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality, person-centred care to children and young people with a learning disability and/or complex health needs
- Support enhanced packages of care in various settings to prevent hospital admissions
- Develop and implement individualised care plans in collaboration with children, families, and the multidisciplinary team
- Administer medication in line with trust policies and procedures
- Lead the nursing team on duty, ensuring high-quality care delivery and confident delegation
In this role, you will be aware of national and local policy implications and contribute to delivering high-quality services. The salary for this position is estimated to be around £35,000-£45,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
