Learning Disability Specialist Nurse

As a Learning Disability Specialist Nurse, you will play a vital role in supporting children with complex needs and their families in Coventry and Warwickshire.
Key Responsibilities- Undertake comprehensive assessments of children's and families' needs, working in partnership with other disciplines/agencies.
- Coordinate the delivery of care as part of a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring holistic support for children with physical and mental wellbeing needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account parenting capacity, environment, and child holistic needs.

Requirements- Registered Nurse Learning Disabilities/Registered Nurse Mental Health qualification.
- Considerable post-qualification experience of working with children with learning disabilities.
- Independent means of travel.
