We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team, responsible for supporting the department manager and ensuring the smooth operation of our departments.

As a Department Supervisor, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with purchases
  • Assisting with departmental tasks, including receiving and processing stock
  • Supporting the department manager with team leadership and staff development
  • Liaising with colleagues and other departments to ensure efficient store operations

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous retail experience, preferably in a supervisory or management role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Basic numeracy and literacy skills
