Job Summary
We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to perform general administration duties, including the completion of weekly cost capture spreadsheets and HR-related paperwork.

As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
  • Health, Safety and Compliance: Maintaining systems and processes, dealing with supplier and invoice enquiries, and providing accurate reports on spend monthly.
  • Finance: Dealing with procurement needs, including assisting in price negotiations and working alongside company accountants.
  • HR: Recording site banked hours, administering overtime, and keeping records up to date. Managing and updating Site HR programme, ensuring all files are kept up to date, and assisting the Logistics Manager in daily activities.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
  • 3 years experience in administration, preferably finance.
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Ability to adapt to new ideas and learn quickly.
  • To have an expectation of high standards in the working environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to prioritise business requirements.

Salary
Estimated salary range: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
