Technical Account Manager

Role Overview:
As a Technical Account Manager, you’ll be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring seamless delivery of FM services. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, and drive operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Understand client needs and proactively address any issues.
- Regularly communicate updates and progress.
- Operational Excellence:
- Oversee service delivery, ensuring quality and adherence to SLAs.
- Coordinate with technical teams (maintenance, engineering, etc.).
- Monitor contract performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Financial Management:
- Manage budget and financial aspects of the contract.
- Ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
- Contract Mobilization:
- Lead the transition to the new contract smoothly.
- Collaborate with internal teams for successful onboarding.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager in FM or related industry.
- Strong technical understanding of FM services.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Results-oriented and customer-focused.
