Job Title: Medical Reception and Patient Booker - A Rewarding Opportunity

Location: Stoke-on-Trent, UK

Salary Range: £25,600-£27,000 per annum (approximately £12-13 per hour)

Contract Duration: Temporary Assignment for Annual Leave Cover

Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm

About the Job:

  1. Foster strong relationships with patients and visitors through exceptional customer service.
  2. Review patient referrals to determine suitability for treatment within our client's clinical units.
  3. Manage appointments and distribute relevant information and medications to patients.
  4. Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of patient correspondence and contact records.
  5. Contribute to the preparation of patient notes and health information for appointments.
  6. Accurately report appointment outcomes to facilitate follow-up clinical activities.
  7. Pursue continuous quality improvement within our client's organization.

Key Qualifications:

  • Desirable experience in a reception or customer-facing role.
  • A valid and up-to-date Basic DBS Certificate is mandatory.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and task management skills.
  • Superb communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
  • A proactive and positive attitude, with a commitment to delivering outstanding patient care.
