About the Role

This Patient Booking Specialist position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for booking appointments and managing patient correspondence.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and have previous experience in a reception or customer-facing role. A valid Basic DBS Certificate is also required.

Main Responsibilities
  • Book appointments for patients and ensure they receive necessary information and medications.
  • Manage patient correspondence and contact records according to established processes, maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times.
  • Assist in preparing patient notes and health information for appointments, showcasing proficiency in using computer systems and software.
  • Accurately report appointment outcomes to facilitate follow-up clinical activities.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a reception or customer-facing role is desirable.
  • A valid Basic DBS Certificate is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software.
  • A proactive and positive attitude, with a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
