Job SummaryThe Complaints Resolution Specialist will be responsible for investigating and resolving patient complaints, as well as providing guidance and support to patients and their families. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities- Investigate and resolve patient complaints in a fair and impartial manner
- Provide guidance and support to patients and their families
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and engagement
- Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement
Salary: £26,530 - £29,114 pa pro rata
