Job Description:

As a BMS Sales Manager with SER Limited, you will be responsible for driving sales growth for our Building Management Systems (BMS) solutions in the London region. This exciting opportunity is for a dynamic and driven sales professional with a passion for the built environment and a desire to make a lasting impact in the BMS industry.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage client relationships to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth
• Focus on the full sales cycle, from lead generation and tendering to closing deals, working closely with clients to tailor solutions that meet their specific project needs
• Proactively identify and pursue new BMS project sales opportunities to drive business growth and increase revenue

Requirements:
• Extensive experience in account management or business development
• Proven track record in direct BMS system project sales
• Strong understanding of the commercial building sector and the role of BMS solutions in maximizing operational efficiency and energy usage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike
