Abrasive Systems Division Sales Role

We are seeking a skilled Sales Professional to join our Abrasive Systems Division as a Territory Sales Executive.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Support end user customers to optimize production processes with our abrasive products
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets by increasing market share through competitive new end user conversions
  • Build a strong pipeline of new opportunities and close wins as required
  • Utilise the Customer Relationship Database SF.com as a territory management and sales planning tool
  • Find and develop new end users increasing end user loyalty to our Abrasive products across the territory
  • Develop close working relationships with channel partner Sales Reps built on agreed business plans, promotional activities, joint working and end user support
  • Feedback on competitor activities within the marketplace


Requirements:




  • Good negotiation skills and commercial acumen
  • Ability to build relationships and operate in a complex organisation
  • Strong communication, questioning and listening skills
  • Strong persuasive influencing skills
  • Organised with ability to work with others and alone to deadlines
  • IT literate - Proficient in use of IT tools, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SF.com
  • Pro-active, driven, results focused self-starter with a passion for sales and exceeding targets
  • Tenacious and resilient - ability to navigate through conflict and challenges towards positive outcome, retaining focus and perspective
  • Capable of grasping technical concepts within abrasive products and selling/demonstrating these in an industrial manufacturing environment
