IT Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales and Account Management: Sell IT hardware on a B2B basis, manage client accounts, and identify new sales opportunities.
  2. Database Utilization: Leverage the existing database to contact existing customers and open up new sales doors.
  3. Cold Calling and Quotations: Identify and cold call new clients, agree and prepare quotations (initially assisted by the manager).
  4. CRM Management: Manage the CRM database to ensure accurate sales tracking and customer information.
  5. Revenue and Margin Management: Meet weekly and monthly sales revenue and margin targets.
