About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team at Kirkham Young Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expanding our presence in the women's health market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our customer base and increase sales revenue in the gynaecology market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including gynaecologists and other healthcare professionals.
  • Utilize your expertise in novel medical technology to identify opportunities for growth and develop innovative solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales, with a strong understanding of the women's health market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and a results-driven approach.
