Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Development Specialist to join our team at Adecco. As a key member of our sales department, you will play a crucial role in supporting our senior management team and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage correspondence with potential new customers, including phone calls, emails, and introductory packages.
- Create reports to support senior management as needed.
- Communicate with clients to identify project requirements and potential leads.
- Monitor specifications on NBS and reach out to project leads.
- Assist the sales team in managing major projects and ensuring prompt follow-ups.
- Update and follow up on leads that have been quoted but not yet converted.
- Assist with marketing activities to generate leads, such as updating the company website and creating engaging content.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Previous lead generation and marketing experience.
- Good knowledge of IT systems, including Microsoft Office.
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Flexibility in managing priorities.
- Confidence, courtesy, and professionalism.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- A competitive salary range of £23,000 to £25,000 (DOE).
- People pensions with a 4% company contribution, matched by the employee.
- 23 holiday days plus statutory holidays.
