About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Development Specialist to join our team at Adecco. As a key member of our sales department, you will play a crucial role in supporting our senior management team and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage correspondence with potential new customers, including phone calls, emails, and introductory packages.
  • Create reports to support senior management as needed.
  • Communicate with clients to identify project requirements and potential leads.
  • Monitor specifications on NBS and reach out to project leads.
  • Assist the sales team in managing major projects and ensuring prompt follow-ups.
  • Update and follow up on leads that have been quoted but not yet converted.
  • Assist with marketing activities to generate leads, such as updating the company website and creating engaging content.
Requirements
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Previous lead generation and marketing experience.
  • Good knowledge of IT systems, including Microsoft Office.
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility in managing priorities.
  • Confidence, courtesy, and professionalism.
  • Strong communication and people skills.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary range of £23,000 to £25,000 (DOE).
  • People pensions with a 4% company contribution, matched by the employee.
