About the Role

Premier Recruitment Group Limited is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the healthcare sector to recruit an experienced Business Development Manager for their Specialist Services team.

Job Purpose

The primary objective of this role is to generate new business opportunities by developing innovative community-based accommodation projects for individuals with complex needs, resulting in profitable growth across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a New Business Development plan for the Specialist Services region, based on sound market intelligence and market-led demand.
  • Collaborate with operational and support functions to ensure timely delivery of agreed developments, meeting ROI and EBITDA targets, and occupancy targets.
  • Assist the Growth Director in organizing promotional activities and events, including the launch of new services and homes within the region, and representing the company at regional and national events.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with Local Commissioners to position the company as a preferred provider within the Health and Social Care sector.
Requirements
  • Appropriate academic qualification to degree level or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Ability to communicate and work effectively with all staff at all levels, as well as establishing and maintaining excellent professional relationships with a wide range of partners, local authorities, and other stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of current national and regional Health and Social Care policy priorities.
