Proactive Sales Administrator

Smith and Reed is seeking a skilled Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service, maintaining accurate records, and providing administrative support to a sales team.
The successful candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment, strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. They will also have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone
- Raise POs and generate orders for customers
- Collaborate with other departments for seamless communication and workflow
Salary: £24,000 - £29,000 per annum depending on experience
