Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team at Smith and Reed. The ideal candidate will support the sales department with administrative tasks, smooth operations, and excellent customer service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team, maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using Sage and other relevant software, responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, raising POs and generating orders for customers, collaborating with other departments for seamless communication and workflow, and using Outlook for effective email management and scheduling.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our sales team. If you have proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a sales environment, strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, we would love to hear from you.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum depending on experience
