Job Summary
NHS Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Integrated Care Board seeks an Administrative Support Specialist to join their Head Office administration team. This role will provide a comprehensive, effective, and professional administrative support service to the three Relationship Directors.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to develop effective working relationships within a broad range of internal and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to senior executives, health and social care partners, and other stakeholders. Your duties will include arranging meetings and events, managing multiple diaries, and producing papers and documents for internal and external meetings. You will also be responsible for horizon scanning for risks or opportunities and making recommendations to improve processes and procedures.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have proven administration and/or PA experience, excellent planning and organizational skills, and the ability to react quickly to changing scenarios. You should also be able to demonstrate compassion in the workplace, commitment to continuing professional development, and alignment with the NHS values.

The salary for this position is approximately £30,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Benefits include discounts in store and online, optional pension and life assurance, flexible working options, and much more.

This is a full-time role, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Hybrid working is available, with flexibility to work from office locations.
