Blue Arrow is seeking an experienced Administrative Support Coordinator to provide high-level administrative support to our NHS client based in the Bodmin area.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and business support services, working closely with the Executive Board Director to ensure the smooth running of their office and portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have previous NHS experience, fluency in written and spoken English, and high-level experience of using MS Office applications.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £15.50 per hour, based on the location and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Executive Board Director
  • Coordinate meetings and take accurate minutes
  • Set up and maintain effective administrative office systems
  • Work on own initiative and take decisions on behalf of manager when necessary
