Job Title: Care Coordinator For Acute Area

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team as a Care Coordinator for the acute inpatient area. This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity to work with patients who require complex care and support.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in mental health nursing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work as a named nurse for the section 136 suite.
  • Ensure adherence to relevant legislation, including the Mental Health Act.
  • Develop and implement progressive care plans that emphasize user involvement.

Person Specification

  • Current professional registration with the NMC.
  • Professional qualification in RMN.

Benefits
