As a Security Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the security of our properties, including patrolling the premises, checking fire doors, and securing buildings. You will also be the first point of contact for customers when they need assistance, providing support and guidance to help them overcome challenges.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work independently, thinking on your feet and responding to situations as they arise. You will also be part of a wider team, working closely with colleagues to ensure our customers receive the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide security support to customers, ensuring their health and safety needs are met
  • Manage the security of our properties, including patrolling and securing buildings
  • Be the first point of contact for customers when they need assistance
  • Work independently, thinking on your feet and responding to situations as they arise
