Business Manager Support Officer

Enhance Academy Trust is a growing educational institution based in the region. We currently have twelve Primary academies and a Post 16 Creative and Performing Arts free school within the Trust.
We are seeking to recruit a Business Manager Support Officer to join our dedicated team and provide administrative, HR, Health & Safety, and financial support to the Business Manager working across two Primary academies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional, calm, and friendly administrative support to the Business Manager.
- Assist with financial tasks, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Support the Business Manager in maintaining accurate records and databases.
- Develop and implement effective administrative systems and processes.
- Communicate effectively with staff, visitors, and stakeholders.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
Requirements:
- Professional, calm, and friendly approach.
- Sound administrative and finance ability and excellent skills in the use of Microsoft Office.
- Motivated, innovative, adaptable, and enthusiastic in all aspects of work.
- Confidence in using financial and management information systems and ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with a range of people.
- Ability to show initiative and problem-solve in a calm and professional manner.
- 'Can do' attitude and flexible working approach.
