The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support, including coordinating requests for information, generating reports, and maintaining electronic document management systems.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support to the Operational team and the Quality and Compliance team.
  • Coordinating requests for information and liaising with relevant colleagues to provide timely responses.
  • Generating routine and ad-hoc reports to support operational delivery plans.
  • Maintaining electronic document management systems and assisting in the retrieval of relevant files and information.
  • Supporting the continuous improvement of the departments and service to the business.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is resilient enough to handle sensitive and sometimes distressing information.
