We are seeking an experienced and skilled Office Administrator to join our team at Creative Support. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our busy Wakefield services, based at The Plex, Margaret Street.

Your duties will include typing reports, setting up files, scanning documents, and taking minutes. You will also be responsible for answering phone calls in a professional and efficient manner, and taking accurate messages. Additionally, you will coordinate and minute management and senior management meetings, and manage the office environment, providing a customer-focused first line of contact for staff members, professionals, service users, family members, and visitors.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent IT skills, proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills, and excellent time management and organisational skills. You will also need to have previous administration experience, a willingness to travel, and the ability to work flexibly according to the changing needs of the services.
