Office Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at The Plex, Margaret Street in Wakefield. As an Office Administrator, you will provide administrative support to our busy Wakefield services, which offer dedicated support to adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Typing reports, setting up files, scanning documents, and taking minutes.
- Answering phone calls in a professional and efficient manner and taking accurate messages.
- Coordinating and minuting management and senior management meetings.
- Managing the office environment and providing a customer-focused first line of contact for staff members, professionals, service users, family members, and visitors.
You will have excellent IT skills, proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, as well as strong written and verbal communication, time management, and organizational skills.
We are looking for candidates with previous administration experience, a willingness to travel, and flexibility to work according to the changing needs of our services.
