Job Title: Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Office Administrator to join our team at Creative Support. As an Office Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Wakefield services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to our team, including typing reports, setting up files, scanning documents, and taking minutes.
  • Answer phone calls in a professional and efficient manner, and take accurate messages.
  • Coordinate and minute management and senior management meetings.
  • Manage the office environment, and provide a customer-focused first line of contact for staff members, professionals, service users, family members, and visitors.
Requirements:
  • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Previous administration experience.
  • Ability to travel and work flexibly according to the changing needs of the services.
