Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Office Administrator to join our team at Creative Support. As an Office Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our busy Wakefield services, providing dedicated support to adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Typing reports, setting up files, scanning documents, and taking minutes.
- Answering phone calls in a professional and efficient manner, and taking accurate messages.
- Coordinating and minuting management and senior management meetings.
- Managing the office environment, and providing a customer-focused first line of contact for staff members, professionals, service users, family members, and visitors.
- Excellent IT skills, plus proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong written and verbal communication, as well as excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Previous administration experience, with a willingness to travel and work flexibly according to the changing needs of the services.
- Full training provided, as well as the opportunity to work towards higher qualifications.
- Probationary bonus, pension contributions, 28 days Annual Leave, and company-paid enhanced DBS.
