Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to project teams, including coordinating meetings, preparing materials, and maintaining project documentation.
  • Assist with the planning and delivery of projects, including developing project plans, tracking progress, and identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and external partners.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports, including project metrics and key performance indicators.
  • Support the development and implementation of project budgets and financial plans.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
