We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Project Coordinator to join our team at Gravity Head Office in Wakefield. As a key member of our Sales & Marketing function, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the alignment of departmental efforts with business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing timelines for marketing campaigns and projects, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Monitoring progress, tracking deliverables, and reporting on the status of projects to ensure key milestones are met.
  • Facilitating regular meetings between team members or stakeholders, discussing departmental requirements, ensuring all parties are aligned and holding all dependencies to account.
  • Allocating resources such as staff, budgets and tools, optimising workflow and avoiding bottlenecks.
  • Assisting with the implementation of marketing strategies by managing the logistics of campaigns.
  • Generating execution briefs, based on marketing planning, to ensure all members of the business are working towards a collective goal.

Requirements

  • Project Management or Marketing Manager experience.
  • Based in our Head Office in Wakefield.
