Marketing & Communications Assistant

At Recruit Build, we're seeking a motivated and creative Marketing & Communications Assistant to support our Strategic Director. The role involves managing marketing activities across multiple platforms, coordinating events, and assisting with business development efforts.

We're looking for someone with a degree in Marketing or equivalent, and experience or understanding of Salesforce/CRM systems. You'll be responsible for developing and writing compelling case studies, updating and managing content on social media channels and the company website, and assisting in creating high-quality submission documents for tenders and proposals.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing marketing activities across multiple platforms
  • Coordinating events, both internal and external
  • Assisting with business development efforts
