About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Project Coordinator to join our team at Gravity Head Office in Wakefield. As a key member of our Sales & Marketing function, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our marketing campaigns and projects.

Your Key Responsibilities

\u2022 Planning and Scheduling: Develop timelines for marketing campaigns and projects, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget.

\u2022 Project Tracking: Monitor progress, track deliverables, and report on the status of projects to ensure key milestones are met.

\u2022 Collaboration: Facilitate regular meetings between team members or stakeholders, discussing departmental requirements, ensuring all parties are aligned and holding all dependencies to account.

\u2022 Resource Management: Allocate resources such as staff, budgets, and tools, optimizing workflow and avoiding bottlenecks.

\u2022 Execution and Support: Assist with the implementation of marketing strategies by managing the logistics of campaigns.

\u2022 Briefing: Generate execution briefs, based on marketing planning, to ensure all members of the business are working towards a collective goal.
